Bachelor of Business Administration or BBA is an undergraduate course. The course duration is of 3 years. The minimum educational qualification is 10+2 pass in any discipline. The 3 years course includes 2 semesters per year. The programs are available in many institutes including government institutes. Students of any discipline can enroll them in this course. After completion of this course, one can get admission to MBA programs or masters program. However, the MBA entrance is still required for qualifying for enrolling in MBA programs. There are a few specializations in this study program. The specializations are Human Resource, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Information technology.
At the undergraduate level, another hot-cake is BCA. BCA or Bachelors of Computer Application is a program with technical orientation. This is the gateway for the students to enter the IT jobs without an engineering degree. BCA course is of 3 years duration. One can appear for the entrance tests and after qualifying the exam, take admission to the program. Clearing the MCA entrance tests is easier for the BCA students as most of the questions in the test cover the BCA syllabus. In the course curriculum, subjects like database management systems, computer architecture, web technology and languages such as C, C++, Java, HTML, etc. are included. This course syllabus is meant for preparing the candidates for future job prospects. The eligibility criteria for the course are 10+2 in any stream.
